Specialized in the Neo Traditional Style
Neo-traditional is the evolution of the American Traditional / Old School style of tattooing. It maintains the use of bold lines on the outline, but may also employ finer lines within the border. While Neo-Traditional can be done as a Blackwork piece, it also expands upon the traditional color palette to include more vibrant hues. The style can also feature more shading and detail, and may encompass a wider range of subjects. Common subjects include those from the Old School genre, such as nautical things (anchors, ships, etc.), military items, skulls, daggers, and flowers, but we also have clients requesting a wide range of animals, insects, animated characters, faces, and more. The end result is a rich, dimensional, eye-catching, and more contemporary aesthetic than those born from its predecessor.
