Famous Musician Gets Her First Tattoo…at 67

You may assume that a musician who has been putting out smash hits since 1983 would already have a tattoo, but that was not the case with The Eurythmics’ Annie Lennox. On the first day of October Lennox wandered into tattoo-parlor-to-the-celebrities – Shamrock Social Club in Los Angeles – to get her very first ink job. The design is of two hummingbirds, which she promptly shared on her Instagram.

This goes to show what we already know – you’re never too old to get a tattoo.

Another Face Tattoo for Post Malone (but it’s sweet)

Another musician makes the news this month for getting a tattoo, although this one is certainly no stranger to body ink – which includes his face as a canvas. Heavily tattooed Post Malone has added yet another face tattoo to his collection, but this one has more meaning than the rest – it’s of his new baby daughter’s initials. Malone’s tattoo artist posted the proud new addition on Instagram for all to view:

If you’re not a fan of getting a face tattoo but want to tattoo your daughter’s name, here are some ideas for placement.

Drink FREE with Face Tattoo

Speaking of Post Malone’s face (do we have to?) there was another tattoo news piece about this topic from two weeks ago. A sports bar in Milwaukee offered free cocktails before a Post Malone concert for anyone with a face tattoo. If that’s not an incentive to get a face tattoo, we don’t know what is. And don’t worry if you’re a fan of free drinks but not a fan of face tattoos. You can always score some free cocktails and get the face tattoo removed soon after. The cost-benefit adds up, right?
